This year, a special atmosphere once again surrounded Grabo’s year-end Christmas celebration. Staying true to our traditions, we did not close the year with an ordinary event, but with a gathering that evoked the warm and friendly spirit of traditional Christmas markets.
During the event, colleagues were welcomed by the characteristic flavors and aromas of Christmas markets: freshly grilled sausages, hot mulled wine, and homemade sweets all contributed to a truly festive atmosphere.
As part of the festive program, we presented this year’s awards and also celebrated our colleagues marking service anniversaries, expressing our appreciation for their many years of dedicated work and their valuable role within the company community.
The Award for Outstanding Community Contribution was presented to Bárdi Zoltán Józsefné, Györgyi Annamária, and Krakovszkiné Takács Noémi.
The Team Excellence Audience Award was received by Fogarasiné Vincze Elvira, Jova Zoltán, Mészárso Tamás, and Bokor Imre. In addition, the Team Excellence Award was presented to Takács László and Horváth Gábor, as well as to the Győr Fire Brigade.
The Innovation Champion Award was presented to Erdei Krisztián, Somogyi Gábor, and Vollai Andrea.
The Master of Quality Award was received by Farkas János and Zámbóné Kreisz Csilla.
The Pillar of Stability Award was presented to Szücs Ildikó, Szabó Vilmos, Kozma Ferenc, Bucsi Péter, and Némethné Horváth Ilona.
We also celebrated our colleagues marking service anniversaries.
In 2025, Balogh Bence, Fogarasiné Vincze Elvira, Kántor Henrik, Mádl István, Schwarcz Péter, Horváth Zoltán, Hudák János, Reile Béla Jánosné, and Rózsa Ferenc celebrate 5 years of service at Grabo.
Szabóné Schall Krisztina, Szörényi Zsófia, Szücs Ildikó, Harascsák Tibor Mihály, and Takács László mark their 10-year service anniversary this year.
Zsikla Tibor and Nagy Attila celebrate 15 years with the company, while Dancsa Lajosné and Kovács Gábor Roland mark 25 years of service.
Bognár Gábor and Gagna Gábor celebrate their 30-year anniversary, and Horváth Béla, Horváth Gábor, Krakovszkiné Takács Noémi, Németh Tibor Balázs, and Szabó Zsolt have been part of the Grabo team for 35 years.
Finally, Flaskár Tibor and Takács Ottó celebrate their 40-year service anniversary this year.
