PRODUCT MANAGER

As a Product Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Becoming the expert of your assigned products in every detail
• Acting as a catalyst for processes between departments
• Collecting and analyzing a wide range of information to put the puzzle together
• Shaping your products’ strategy from production to pricing
• Identifying effective marketing tools for your product group across different markets
• Planning, producing, tendering marketing materials and liaising with agencies
• Keeping product documentation and licenses administratively in order
• Participating in and leading projects
• Documenting and working within ERP and CRM systems
• Conducting market research to identify consumer trends, insights, and growth opportunities
• Exploring growth and expansion possibilities through local and international channels
• Managing marketing campaigns to support sales teams with creative tools
• Monitoring industry trends and competitors’ activities to support marketing strategies
• Proposing product development ideas based on market needs
• Continuously monitoring performance, responding proactively and quickly when needed, and suggesting interventions

• Negotiate confidently in English
• Have a university degree
• Believe that marketing is more than just FB, SEO, and social
• Already have experience in product or brand management
• Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Enjoy solving complex challenges
• Have an interest in technical/engineering topics
• Have worked with ERP or CRM systems
• Confidently use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Are creative, a confident communicator, and think strategically and innovatively

Our office is located in Győr, at 16/b Fehérvári Street. You can get here with buses 9, 9A, 7, 17, 17B, 19, or 19A, then walk 2 minutes from the bus stop. If you come by bike, you can leave it at the bicycle parking next to the office building. If you come by car, you can park at the factory parking lot, which is a 5–6 minute walk to the office building.
