INNOVATION AND CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT

Every day brings a new opportunity to grow – whether in technology, knowledge, or mindset. With our next-generation sports floors, healthcare, and dance flooring solutions, we lead both the domestic and international markets. We place strong emphasis on research and development, as well as on manufacturing technologies and the professional growth of our colleagues.

Our plant in Tatabánya represents cutting-edge technology, while in our Kecskemét factory we repurpose wood waste for heating, reducing our ecological footprint. Solar panels operate on the roofs of all three of our sites – for us, innovation is not only a product, but also a way of thinking.

Our training programs and clear advancement paths support the professional journey of our employees. Development is not just a possibility, but a shared goal.

EXCELLENT QUALITY

The name GRABO stands for durability, technological precision, and reliability – not only in Hungary but worldwide. We are proud that our products are used in sports halls, hospitals, schools, and on world-class ballet stages.

At GRABO, outstanding quality is not just achieved on the production lines but also through our attitude, attention to detail, and daily operations. In 2020, we received the Innovation Award from the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – a testament to our uncompromising commitment to quality as the foundation of our operations.

STABILITY

We’ve been present in the world of flooring and coverings for more than 120 years. Much has changed since then, but our core remains the same: to create value and deliver reliability.

Generations of families have worked – and continue to work – with us. There are those who once heated the boiler with charcoal, and today their grandchildren are operating the production lines. The storms of history – economic crises, regime changes, pandemics – have only made us stronger. For us, stability isn’t just about the past – it’s also about the future: we are a reliable foundation for long-term planning.

TEAM SPIRIT

At GRABO, work also means community. A significant number of colleagues have spent their entire careers with us, from their first role to retirement. For us, solidarity, mutual support, and human relationships are just as important as the work itself.

Difficult times have especially shown what standing up for one another can achieve.
GRABO Days, team events, and sports activities all strengthen the sense of unity that keeps us together, motivates us, and drives our success.
